We want you to love your purchase as much as we have lovingly created them. If any reason, you are not entirely happy with our products and wish to return them, do let us know via email at mooiwonderland@gmail.com. We shall guide you through the process. 

You have 14 calendar days to return an item to us from the date you received it. We do not offer return requests after 14 days.

Your item must be kept unused, in the same condition you received and in its original packaging and with the invoice as proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.

You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred for returning the item. These shipping charges are non-reimbursable. We will only process your return request after we have received the returned shipment. Therefore, we recommend that you select a return shipment method that is trackable and secure and that you retain the proof of sending.

Once we have received your items, we will acknowledge receipt via email and inspect your returned item. We will only accept your return request if the condition of the item returned is satisfactory, i.e. not damaged and in saleable condition. If the return request is approved, we will initiate the refund to the same payment method when you first purchased the item. 

Please allow up to 14 days for the full refund from the day we received your returned item. 

Fabric Returns

We do not accept the return of fabric samples.

We do not accept the return of fabrics at a length of 3 meters or less. Items must be returned in their original condition as received and unprocessed by anyone, i.e. fabrics are not cut, washed, marked, burnt, shredded or stained. 

All fabrics may shrink 3-8% after the first wash. Unless shrinkage is excessive, fabric return is not accepted.

Creative Licence

We do not accept the request for a refund or exchange of licences on all our digital downloads, downloaded or not.
