We aim to ship your purchase within three (3) days before you place your order with us. 

All deliveries come with tracking details. 

Local shipping

Free local delivery to Singapore addresses with no min spend.  

Delivery time is approximately 3-5 working days.

International shipping

We offer standard shipping and express shipping. Charges for both shall calculate at checkout. 

The estimated timeline for standard shipping is as below:

• Delivery to Asian countries (except Japan, Australia and New Zealand) - 7 to 14 working days

• Delivery to the rest of the world - 10 to 20 working days

International express shipping is available for some cities. When this option is preferred, you should receive your order in 2 to 5 days. 

For international parcels, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties and incurred taxes that are required to pay upon receipt.  

Delivery is placed directly into mailboxes if possible. When access to mailboxes is not possible, the courier may send the delivery to the doorstep or a delivery notice placed at the doorstep for your pick up at the nearest post office. We cannot cancel or redirect your order once we dispatch your parcel. 

Where unforeseen events and an act of God could happen, we strive to provide reliable delivery for every order. 

Cancellation of Order

We cannot accept order cancellations after payment is received. Processing of your order, including delivery of your order, commences at the point when payment is received.
